The Art for Healing program of the Integrative Medicine Department of Hartford Hospital is sponsoring this program. Cancer survivors and thrivers and caretakers of cancer patients can join us for this truly expressive-based painting experience, as we play with paint to explore the spiritual essence of our truest self. Throughout this unique and spontaneous weekend, individuals will find a sense of calm, reduce stress and anxieties, and reconnect with their inner self. No previous art experience necessary! Materials included and class size is limited. Participants are responsible for own lunch.

Registration is required. Participants must commit to the whole 2 days of the retreat.
