You never know when you will receive inspiration. Yesterday it came for me in the form of a message meant for me to see on the back end of a truck. While I was traveling to go pick up my niece for a weekend visit, I was reflecting on my personal journey of becoming more fit and healthy. I was thinking about the difficulties and if I would ever achieve my goal. Basically feeling very alone on this journey. Then while in traffic I looked up and saw this message on the truck saying “You will never walk alone”. I knew it was a message I needed to see and I have no doubt Spirit orchestrated that “chance” sighting. I am not alone, and I need to remember that. I am very inspired to use all the support given to me in the form of family, friends, colleagues, professionals, and online groups. No one ever walks alone, there is always some kind of support available.
