Participants will learn how to balance their body and mind using an ancient Eastern wellness belief based on seven energy centers (Chakras) that govern all your organs and work together as one system yet independently.  Each participant will be given the materials and instructions to create their own chakra grid for personal use as well as a meditation cd and class workbook.

Dates: Wednesdays, April 9 - May 14  6:00 - 8:00 pm.
